    Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
    Foarte bune abilitati de relationare si capacitate de a mentine relatii profesionale B2B;
    Motivatie puternica de lucru intr-un mediu competitiv;
    Foarte bune abilitati de vanzare B2B;
    Bune abilitati de planificare si organizare, spirit anteprenorial.

    Responsabilitati

    Este responsabil de vanzarea produselor companiei (asigrari de sanatate) catre clientii B2B din aria alocata ;
    Identifica si abordeaza persoane de contact din companiile tinta, si stabileste relatii de business durabile cu acestia;
    Identifica nevoile clientilor legate de aria de beneficii extrasalariale pentru angajati si prezinta ofertele de asigurari de sanatate corporate clientilor;
    Maximizeaza satisfactia si retentia clientilor prin mentinerea unei foarte bune relatii pofesionale cu acestia;
    Se asigura de cunoasterea excelenta a produselor companiei si a serviciilor competitorilor directi;
    Actualizeaza permanent informatiile din aplicatia de gestionare a clientilor si intocmeste rapoarte periodice de activitate.
