Treasury Reporting Analyst

• At least 3-5 years of working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in: Economics; Commerce, Informatics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions. VBA a big plus.
• English language proficiency. French is a big plus.
• High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting & treasury processes and terminology.
• Very good interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Job Function:

We are seeking a Treasury Reporting Analyst to join our Global Support Team.

Working effectively with the Group Treasurer he/ she will produce accurate and timely reporting on treasury topics as a part of the reporting system within the Financial Department.
The job consists in multiple dimensions: compiling, consolidating and assembling data from multiple sources, looking for innovative ways and making different recommendation in order to improve the quality of reporting activities, analyze and seek for the logic and the coherence of the data.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person, results-oriented, very organized and with the ability to work both independently but also as a member of a team.
As the business continues to grow, the Treasury Reporting Analyst will be expected to continuously develop knowledge of relevant financial & treasury reporting requirements while striving for more senior level responsibilities.

Tasks:

• Prepare & review regular reports at various intervals, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, used by the Group Treasurer in the operational management & performance measurement of the treasury activity or as an aid for future planning and budgeting.
• Satisfy ad-hoc data requests and perform treasury analysis for internal and external high level reporting.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure that overall treasury reporting is both accurate and comprehensive.
• Offers support to the Group Treasurer for the day to day treasury operations.
• Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions within the framework of group financial & treasury policies.
