    Our client, an important company in the textile industry with focus on Premium brands is looking for a person with experience as Quality Assurance. If you want to develop your professional skills in a challenging and full of variety company, this is your opportunity.

    Relevant experience of 2-3 years in the industry;
    Relevant degree in the industry (Textile Management or Business Administration)
    Strong MS Excel experience and knowledge;
    Advanced English skills;
    Available for business trips.

    Responsabilitati

    Giving input about Group CR (Corporate Responsibility) strategy and implement the CR work on all departments and functions within the company;
    Finding correct KPIs to measure CR and follow up on them on a regular basis;
    Being the contact person for PCO Romania against the Sustainable Apparel;
    Carrying out compliance work, with focus on production;
    Making sure that there are policies that can be communicated internally and externally (like animal welfare).
    Making sure to be updated on trends and latest news when it comes to CR related issues;
    Guiding and supporting the employees within the organization to achieve the set goals and strategies for CR;
    Being responsible to implement the chemical procedure and working routine based on ICGs policy;
    Following up that the company products are sent to nominated laboratories according to ICGs policy;
    Following up that no products under testing are sent out to customers before any result of lab-test is approved;
    Following up and analyzing the result of failed chemical tests for each collection and follow up accordingly together with IC Group;
    Having an overview of signed RSL (Restricted Substances List) and COC (Code of Conduct) and be informed about the progress of signing;
    Representing and presenting the areas of responsibilities in strategic, product and sales meetings;
    Planing and executing needed traveling; Initiate and maintain a good relationship with all department, agents and suppliers.
