    The KPI Institute is a research institute specialized in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

    The KPI Institute has developed the first KPI Management Framework and it operates , the result of a research program dedicated to documenting and cataloging how KPIs are used in practice. It is an online portal containing the largest collection of well documented KPI examples, supported by a community of tens of thousands of members.

    INTEGERPERFORM is the European arm of The KPI Institute, and it provides support at global level in research, training and advisory matters.

    Requirements

    • Have experience with electronic submission processes;
    • Be agile with technology and the implementation of new software platforms;
    • Be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with event manager, researchers, administration and staff at all levels and across all constituencies;
    • Have an understanding of the dynamics of diversity in industry and a demonstrated ability to incorporate this understanding, as appropriate, in all levels of work;
    • Have experience in working on multiple high stakes projects with high stakes consequences under tight dead­lines;
    • Possess the analytical and financial skills necessary to create budgets;
    • Have strong written and spoken English language skills;
    • Be able to negotiate from an interests-based approach;
    • Team player;
    • Proven ability to work in a polite and professional manner under pressure;
    • Have attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Be proficient in standard office/administrative software programs.

    Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training;
    • Three years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Set-up new awards during our conferences;
    • Collect and review proposal information;
    • Set-up and manage a panel of award evaluators according to the awards themes;
    • Production and delivery of event packs, supporting materials and agendas, etc;
    • Supporting event managers on the execution and delivery of conferences, exhibitions and award ceremonies;
    • Working closely with third-party suppliers;
    • Ensuring that project plans and timelines are adhered to and followed;
    • Dealing and being aware of budgets and tracking of costs;
    • Feeding in to the marketing communication plans to drive delegate sales through a range of marketing channels;
    • Offering general support to the events managers and demonstrating a willingness to undertake responsibilities associated with being an assistant event manager;
    • Delegates management including pre- and on-site registration;
    • Liaising with sponsors and speakers throughout the delivery process;
    • Track pending proposals and maintain accurate records of proposal submissions, success rates, and awards received for annual reports;
    • Communicate with sponsor agency representatives;
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
