Administrare angajari – introducere de date, pregatirea contractelor
Gestiunea datelor si dosarelor angajatilor – crearea si modificarea datelor personale, crearea si modificarea datelor profesionale, intocmirea documentelor (de ex. acte aditionale la contracte, adeverinte pentru angajati, contracte etc)
Administrare compensatii – actualizari ale compensatiilor (in conformitate cu revizuirea anuala a compensatiilor sau la cerere) si intocmirea documentelor aferente – de ex. scrisori despre salarii, acte aditionale la contracte
Primirea si verificarea documentatiei de suport pentru activitatile aferente proceselor din perimetru (in format electronic)
Arhivarea electronica a documentelor aferente sarcinilor gestionate, in conformitate cu principiile EDM
Activitati de payroll/salarizare: inregistrare informatii pentru plata lunara a salariilor si verificari
