Abilitatea de a lucra intr-o echipa cross – functional
Cunostinte pentru intocmirea de tabele, grafice si procesarea textelor
Cunoasterea limbii engleze – nivel avansat scris si vorbit
Cunoasterea SQL reprezinta avantaj.

Realizeaza analize, face recomandari referitoare la imbunatatirea activitatii de colectare pentru a asigura ca atat clientii existenti cat si cei potentiali ai companiei, persoane fizice si juridice, vor beneficia de cel mai inalt nivel de professionalism in ceea ce priveste serviciile de recuperare a sumelor restante datorate de clienti, conform termenelor si procedurilor departamentale.
