Formal Education & Certification
Bachelor Degree required (or in the process of obtaining it)
Knowledge & Experience
Must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills
At least one year experience in a similar role
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
Must have computer skills and be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, fax machines, scanners, postage machine, and copy machine.

Greet guests and follow all company security procedures relating to visitors including signing them, offering them a beverage and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival;
Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls;
Maintain safe and clean reception area;
Maintain conference room schedules;
Maintain inventory of office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies
Plan and place food orders for meetings and company events;
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout office;
Handle incoming and outgoing mail to include shipping;
Receive deliveries and routes packages to recipients immediately;
Provide clerical support to all departments as needed.
Day shift from 9am-6pm with a one hour lunch from noon.
