KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• At least 2 year manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of Hungarian Laws and regulation related payroll and social insurance
• Knowledge of payroll processes, social insurance and HR administration
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent organization of work
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and presentation skills (communicates at all levels effectively)
• Stress tolerance
• SAP HR knowledge is a plus
• College or university degree
• Having payroll and experience in multinational companies
• Is in practice in knowledge transfer, in training and in coaching others

LANGUAGES REQUIRED
• Fluent English and Hungarian

Payroll and HR Administration Manager Hungary will lead the local payroll, social insurance, HR Administration and HR Shared Services Team.

• Leading a team of 9 employees
• Leading the 3200+ employees payroll, taxation and other related activities
• Ensuring that the payroll reports are in time transferred to the Finance departments according to the deadlines
• Ensuring the compliance of payroll, HR administration and labor practices in accordance with Hungarian laws and regulations and also with Electrolux processes and policies
• Ensuring the annual personal income tax return for employee
• Ensuring the payslip calculation for local managers
• Ensuring the correct update of employees data in Electrolux SAP HR system
• Ensuring that employees inquiries about HR administration and payroll topics are tracked and solved in the agreed times.
• Close cooperation with the local HRBPs and Country HR Head in order to solve all local issues
• Align, supports and follows the strategy, activities, goals defined by the HR Services Europe Middle East and Africa Organization.
• Leads improvement projects by involving the relevant departments and supporting implementation
• This position reports to EMEA HR Services Director
