Portofoliu de clienti in canalul Traditional Trade din zona alocata (Toys specialist and Libraries it’s a must)
Experienta intr-o pozitie similara (reprezinta un avantaj)
Experienta anterioare in lucrul cu targete si obiective (it’s a must)
Capabil de a lucra independent (managementul timpului, prioritizeaza actiuni si etape de executie, evalueaza din timp si intreprinde actiuni corective pentru a maximiza efectul proceselor), a construi si urmari un buget
Experienta in managementul POSM-urilor (Display-uri, etc….reprezinta un avantaj)
Experienta in construirea bugetului la nivel de SKU, per luna, per client si urmarirea realizarii acestuia (reprezinta un avantaj)
Experienta anterioara in coordonarea unei echipe de reprezentanti vanzari si/sau merchandiseri (constituie un avantaj)
Studii superioare finalizate (reprezinta un avantaj)
Permis de conducere categoria B, cu experienta (it’s a must)
Abilitati de comunicare in Limba Engleza (considerate un avantaj) si Limba Maghiara (pentru pozitia locata la Cluj)
Foarte bune cunostinte de operare calculator (MS Office
Abilitati exceptionale de comunicare
Disponibilitatea de a calatori in teren (munca de teren >80%).
Mentine si intareste relatia cu factorii cheie din magazinele aflate in canalul de Modern Trade din zona alocata
Planifica activitatea merchandiserilor (Companie externalizata), evalueaza rezultatele si seteaza noi obiective de imbunatatire a imaginii produselor comercializate cu scopul de a creste cifra de afaceri
Planifica timingul si frecventa de vizitare pentru merchandiserii (companie externalizata) din zona alocata
Planifica si gestioneaza POSM-urile din zona alocata (pentru o exploatare corecta si pe termen cat mai lung a acestora)
Participa activ la implementarea “sezoanelor” si reimplantarea “de permanent” din punctele de vanzare din zona actuala (prin comunicare agresiva cu sefii de raion si suport proactiv in vederea securizarii zonelor de expunere pentru produsele comercializate)
Intocmeste recomandari de comanda, le inainteaza factorilor de decizie (atunci cand se impune) si urmareste lansarea acestora
Urmareste impreuna cu Office Assistant-ul (locat la sediul din Bucuresti) recuperarea documentelor de insotire a marfii ocazionate de diversele livrari
Reduce situatiile de OOS din zona alocata
Mapeaza prospectii aflati in canalul de Traditional Trade si stabileste pasii abordarii acestora
Construieste/ urmareste realizarea bugetului pentru zona alocata (per client, per magazin)
Cauta activ oportunitati noi de comercializare in zona alocata
Intocmeste periodic rapoarte (raport OOS, pret la raft intern/competitie, analiza distributie produse Best Seller)
