    Cerinte

    Abilitatea de a comunica in mod eficient cu clientii pentru a rezolva orice problema intampinata de acestia;
    Competente in operare PC – Windows si pachetul Microsoft Office;
    Cunoasterea limbii Engleza la un nivel intermediar spre avansat;
    Disponibilitate pentru a lucra in turele de noapte si in weekend-uri.

    Responsabilitati

    Preia solicitarile clientilor care sunt legate de procesul de plata, prin intermediul telefonului sau e-mail-ului;
    Furnizeaza solutii pentru problemele clientilor, in vederea satisfacerii cerintelor acestora:
    Actualizeaza baza de date interna cu informatii critice privitoare la rezolvarea problemelor;
    Identifica ariile care necesita imbunatatire in cadrul departamentului Customer Service.
