    Position summary

    We are currently looking for an Experienced Reporting and Communications Professional to support the management of the EMEA Regional Delivery Model. This role reports to the RDM Leader, but the Bucharest Delivery Work streams Manager, the Hyderabad Delivery Lead and the RDM Customer Service Manager are key stakeholders for this role. The role may also require the candidate to interact with senior leaders of our European practices.

    You will be responsible for supporting business planning, management of reporting and communications and preparation of business related communications, as well as other key projects and activities that support the effective operation of the delivery model. The ability to build successful relationships with key stakeholders internally and with Deloitte GES practices, to help drive results, is essential.

    The ideal candidate will have:
    - A Bachelors Degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience
    - Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
    - Strong numeracy skills
    - Collaborative attitude and desire to help achieve customer and business goals rather than personal goals
    - Strong communication skills and ability to flex working style
    - Proven ability to manage diverse work, projects and competing deadlines in a fast moving environment
    - Proven ability to ask the right questions to elicit the true business needs and understand how to most effectively support these
    - Strong organisational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs
    - Previous experience in working closely with senior stakeholders
    - Experience in similar areas through a previous or current internal or external consulting role
    - Fluency in spoken and written English (C1)
    - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    - Strong project management, communication and change management skills

    This position requires intellectual curiosity, a desire to learn, strong business acumen, deep analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to formulate issues and recommendations clearly and the ability to deliver effective Executive presentations. The candidate needs to be open to change, and demonstrate an ability to operate in a fast-moving business environment, with minimal supervision, strong personal drive, self-motivation and high personal accountability for self and others.

    Responsibilities

    Managing and running governance meetings:
    - Prepare materials for management and board meetings, gather necessary briefing documents and ensure that attendees have what they need for a successful meeting.
    - Attend meetings, capture action items and assist in necessary follow-ups.
    - Prepare, update and track annual meetings calendar – including RDM Board, RDM - - Steering Committee and RDM Management Team meetings.
    Business performance reporting:
    - Own and lead business performance reporting (such as financial, human resource and operational metrics).
    - Build presentation collateral, drive the analysis process, help the senior RDM stakeholders deliver / communicate successfully and follow up on all issues to drive closure.
    - The successful candidate will also need to partner with Finance, HR and Operations to ensure we meet key business objectives.
    Communication:
    - Ensure RDM communication is clear, regular, consistent, and efficient.
    - Own and drive internal and external communications for the RDM, by working with the RDM senior stakeholders. This includes the creation of presentations and other materials.
    Project and Change Management:
    - Prepare, update and track project plans for key RDM initiatives, by working with key RDM stakeholders.
    - Assist in developing and executing a change management approach and material to help reach the desired end state.
    Facilities management:
    - Supervise day-to-day office operations, organisation of training schedules, and other related logistics.

    Global Employer Services Regional Delivery Centre

    The Global Employer Services (GES) practice forms part of the Deloitte Tax service line and is a key strategic offering for the firm. GES comprises over 2,400 tax professionals in 28 countries across EMEA, serving clients with employees whose jobs require them to travel internationally. We provide taxation advice and compliance services to both the client and their globally mobile employees to ensure compliance with home and host Country tax regulations.

    A Regional Delivery Model (RDM) has been set up for the Deloitte Tax GES practice in the EMEA region. The model consists of our GES teams in each of the EMEA Country local practices, a Regional Delivery Centre in Bucharest and a delivery centre in Hyderabad.

    The delivery centre in Hyderabad has been in existence for many years, and our EMEA GES Hyderabad teams have now been consolidated to provide a robust core service delivery engine. The Regional Delivery Centre in Bucharest has only recently been established. Both the Hyderabad and Bucharest delivery centre teams provide invaluable support to client-facing professionals throughout Europe. By centralising standard processes and administrative support we are seeking to drive process change and efficient working practices across the EMEA region. These delivery centre teams will continue to grow in line with our market capture strategy and as our range of services expands.
