    Cerinte

    -3+ years of experience in social media
    -Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    -Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    -Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO
    -Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    -Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
    -Fluency in Romanian, English, other language (Italian, Spanish, French, German) is a plus
    -Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations

    Responsabilitati

    -Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking,
    messaging and audience identification
    -Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful
    connections and encourages community members to take action
    -Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content;
    administer all accounts on social media
    -Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
    -Create editorial calendars, construct a strategy plan for the presence in social media
    -Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and
    then acting on the information
    -Define social touch points and create social content and directly engaging in social media conversations with clients
    and prospects participating in those touchpoints
    -Track and report on the performance of social activities and content against agreed upon KPI's
    -Increasing social media engagement rate by focusing on providing increased level of quality content, connecting and
    engaging with external influencers and target audiences aligned with the key campaigns and engaging in two-way
    dialogue, with ultimate goal of lead generation
    -Monitoring lead generation, lead quality and conversion to ensure the implemented campaign are performing as
    expected and in order to increase order to sales rate and the cost per conversion
    -Have regular follow-up meeting with other departments in order to better understand what their needs and
    expectation are and what could be optimized in terms of the demand generation campaigns
    -Bringing consistence on brand values across all campaigns
    -Stay current on users, interactive trends, best practices and digital experiences
    -Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and
    coordinate actions
    -Develops the team through constant training, support, evaluation.
