 Proven knowledge of presenting complex topics to various type of audience and defending chosen options;
 Proven knowledge of drafting position papers or other project documentation;
 Proven knowledge of requirement handling and process modelling;
 Fluent in English and with excellent drafting skills in English;
 Excellent problem solving skills;
 Self-starter, self-motivated, eager and quick learner, proven by at least two experiences in different contexts;
 Academic degree/s related to relevant business domains (Business Administration / Economics / IT engineering).

 Understanding the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project;
 Assistance to the development team in meetings with market participants to explain or present solutions to functional/technical questions in the project testing and go live phase;
 Analysis of functional/technical market enquiries and set up of document solutions and procedures in line with overall business architecture;
 Assist the team in running the change and release management process;
 Review of documentation to provide independent opinions and impact assessments;
 Propose solution for project issues or document inconsistency resolution to Stakeholders;
 Contribution in the work on harmonization of market practices in the area of securities settlement for and after the go live;
 Supporting the interpretation of functional/technical test results;
 Periodic travel within the EU may be required.
