Analyst, Fraud Management with Spanish

Job requirements:
• Very good communication and analytical skills
• Advanced Spanish level (C1)
• Willing to work on rotation shifts, including the night/week-end ones
• Teamwork abilities
• Very good customer communication skills
• Advanced MS Office (including MS Access) skills
• Understanding of telecom industry; knowledge of Vodafone products and services may be an advantage
• Experience in fraud or abuse prevention activities may be an advantage

Job responsabilities:
• Monitor customer fraud detection alerts to identify fraud or abuse cases ,
• Perform a detailed analysis of the cases presenting fraud or abuse risk, to confirm any illicit intention, determine the fraud or abuse typology and estimate the actual or potential economic impact.
• Use of analysis techniques to identify fraud and abuse cases potentially connected to existing incidents or following a known illicit practice; and collect and preserve the integrity of the fraud or abuse evidences.
• Perform periodic follow-up of transactions reported as bearing risk.
• Maintain a high level standard of customer service and settlement of complex issues, working autonomous, without requesting supervision or guidance, excepting exceptional circumstances.
• Identify new possible fraud or abuse schemes and design prevention or detection countermeasures for mitigation or eradication.
• Comply with department’s procedures with the goal of making the proper decisions for stopping fraud activities.
