Software Engineering Manager - Android ART QA

Core requirements to the candidates:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least three years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with software development process and quality assurance in a production environment
- At least one year of people management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred requirements include:

- Strong technical background.
- Knowledge in Android platform and connected areas.
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of new technologies, techniques and products.
- Experience with C/C++ programming. Experience with C# and/or Java programming languages desired.
- Knowledge of build systems, code management tools, test harnesses, defect tracking systems or other QA related tools.

In this position, you will be a manager of the team in Romania responsible for software quality assurance in Android ART project. You will be responsible for your team delivering results as a part of bigger organization, for planning, driving the team's efforts, reporting results, people management, and other managerial activities. You will be working closely with stakeholders in Romania and other geos.
