    Why is this job important?

    You will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and continuously improving business intelligence via PowerBI and Workday that provides stakeholders with actionable insights. This role will be based in Gdynia (Poland), Bangalore (India) or Bucharest (Romania) with a global remit, and reports into the Manager, People Business Intelligence & Reporting based in Gdynia (Poland).

    About The Team

    You'll be a member of the People & Reward Analytics team, which equips leaders and decision makers with trusted, actionable and impactful insights by leveraging technology, internal & external data, science and business knowledge through effective partnership. Our primary goal is to inform decision making on people strategy and measure outcomes to track progress against it. We contribute to continuous growth, efficiency and financial results through rigorous data governance, insightful analytics, and comprehensive reporting.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Develop and sustain complex dashboards in Power BI and other reporting that enable key stakeholders to make business decisions.
    • Designing and implementing data models
    • Assess and respond to on demand reporting request on People data
    • Lead on reporting standards, and ensure monthly reporting is reliable, accurate and released to the right people on time, every month.
    • Harmonise existing dashboards and reporting, to remove redundancy and further improve the user experience.
    • Influence key partners and the People Function globally to increase self-service, and use of dashboards to derive insight and inform decision making.
    • Act as technical lead for the rest of the team


    Required Skills

    • Strong, proven knowledge and experience of PowerBI is essential, Workday Reporting and Alteryx are desirable.
    • A proven track record in People business intelligence in a complex international business.
    • Practical experience in reporting and BI authoring.
    • Project and product management is essential.
    • Customer focused and comfortable working with diverse collaborators in different functions
    • Able to flex approach: moving at pace or slowing to reflect as needed.
    • Resilient, able to deal with complexity in a people-centric business.
    • Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
    • Data led and technology savvy.
