Experience 3 different departments from Commercial (Digital Channels, Devices & Non-Connectivity, Business Development & Strategy and many more) in as little as 2 years, receive mentorship, coaching and on-the-job training – all whilst earning a full salary and enjoying all the benefits of a full-time employee! On top of that, after those 2 years, you could transition into a destination role within Commercial team.

What we are looking for:

Young people with high motivation and a mindset that can transform the business!
• Final year or recently graduated (within two years) from University (Bachelor/Master’s degree)
• Passion for Tech & Curiosity for all aspects of the business
• Imaginative spirit willing to come up with quirky ideas (and implement them too!)
• Proactive mindset, self-learner, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to build a career in Commercial

3rd step: Show us your true potential during Focus Group time – this is when you get to meet us within our Bucharest headquarter, live the Vodafone life for a couple of hours, and complete both a group and an individual exercise.
