    Qualifications

    • Understanding of Admin and LD HR topics;
    • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Romanian and English, additional language is beneficial;
    • Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;
    • Ability to organization, rigor, fairness, punctuality, accuracy in preparing the documents;
    • Continuous orientation towards solutions;
    • Proactive; Team player;
    • Very good relationship with various stakeholders;
    • Ability to give and receive feedback.

    Job Description

    • Ensuring personal availability on site to support employees regarding HR administration;
    • Processing required system entries in our order management tool and SAP-HR;
    • Distribute training certificates with participants Room arrangements for trainings On-site;
    • Informing security about badges (ex. trainers);
    • Collect signed attendance sheet/roster after the training and send to Regional HRS; 
    • Accompany the trainers inside the plants Preparation of training equipment(printing materials, check if paper survey is needed);
    • Support for first days of Onboarding on site;
    • Support Front Office in answering telephone and written requests related to Admin and LD HR administration;
    • Forwarding complex questions to the responsible HR service backoffice team (2nd Level);
    • Active sharing of knowledge and feedback from 2nd Level with whole Front Office team;
    • Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts;
    • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
    • Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
