L2 Digital Identity Support Engineer

We are actively seeking a L2 Digital Identity Support Engineer in a complex project in collaboration with our client, a multinational professional services brand of firms, the second-largest professional services network in the world, considered one of the Big Four accounting firm. Our client is present in more than 157 countries across 742 locations around the world.

Requirements
At least 3 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) support;
Demonstrated experience in service support with industry knowledge of ITIL service management principles;
Cloud experience (Azure preferred);
Microsoft SQL (able to write intermediate queries and understand the data returned);
Excellent documentation skills and ability to find opportunities to improve documentation;
Expertise with any industry leading ticketing systems;
Proven analytical skills and understanding of application/business knowledge;
Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IAM problems and leverage tools and resources appropriately to identify solutions that may or may not be already documented;
Proven track record of customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations;
Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities;
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the team and throughout the firm;
Certification Preferred: ITIL;
Excellent communication skills;
Advanced level of English;
Undergraduate Degree (., BS, BA) or 3 years IT experience.

ForgeRock suite of technologies;
Azure Portal experience;
Linux commands;
Splunk (write queries and read results);
ITIL framework understanding (or comparable ITSM framework).

Responsible for the maintenance and support of Digital Identity (Identity and Access Management) service offerings;
Responsible for adherence to Service Level Agreements for Level 2 application support services;
Resolve critical and strategic business technology challenges;
Performs basic and intermediate troubleshooting for Digital Identity service offerings;
Identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and consult the appropriate team and/or colleagues in constructing and implementing the fix;
Responsible for delivering technical diagnosis and solution prescription within his/her specific technology expertise and assigned applications.
