    Mandatory Requirements:

    At least 1-year experience in a similar position
    Bachelor's degree
    Good English skills (at least intermediate level)
    Careful planner with a keen eye for details
    Ambitious, organized, and self-determined
    Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities


    Your Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting efforts (posting job advertisements, daily candidate screening, scheduling interviews, participating in or conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates)
    Welcome and assist candidates, ensuring a positive experience
    Provide candidates with information about the company, job responsibilities, and the interview process
    Prompt email/phone communication with candidates
    Use internal database to keep track of every project and candidate involved in the recruitment process
