Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Experienced IT Professional with technical skills and aptitude
- Keen interest in Information Technology and new and emerging trends
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to establish and develop relationships with multiple customer and IT groups
- Customer first mind-set and ability to drive process improvement
- Bachelor degree

Desired:
- Familiarity with Ford IT and specifically Infrastructure processes
- Flexible with the ability to learn technical/system details where appropriate
- Knowledge of Agile tools and processes
- Knowledge of Cellular/Mobility technologies

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Cellular/Mobility Delivery Manager with technical set-up tasks in planning, designing and installing new and upgraded Cellular/Mobile facilities.
- Support customer requests for high-level estimates for new facilities and upgrades.
- Assist the team with allocation and routing of new customer requests in IT Connect.
- Support agile practices and assist the team with planning of iterations, releases, retrospectives and continual service improvement actions.
- Interface with the global product management team to ensure EU projects conformance to Global Corporate Cellular/Mobility standards.
- Support adoption of new Cellular/Mobility tools and technologies.
- Lead projects for adoption of new handsets / technology.
- Becoming European SME for Corporate iPhone program, leading handset renewal.
- Leading projects to enhance Cellular/Mobility signal in UK & EU sites
- Research and investigation into new & emerging Cellular/Mobility technologies.
- Manage customer and IT projects for the Corporate Cellular/Mobile Delivery Manager.
- Perform stand-in duties for the Corporate Cellular/Mobile Delivery Manager on occasion as required.
