    Job Description

    • Processing employee payroll, including all activities to calculate the payments, to carry out the payment transaction and all related posting of financial transactions to individual accounts, authorities and company internal cost centers;
    • Payroll calculation and generation by Payroll Operation of the legal documents related to the payroll calculation, in the standard format required for the submission at the state institutes;
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: HR Local, Finance, HR IT and external consultants;
    • Stay up-to-date with legal changes impacting the Payroll area and initiate the implementation of the changes into payroll system (SAP HR modules);
    • Prepare recurrent and ad hoc reports for different stakeholders;
    • Ordering the meal tickets;
    • Participate in HR projects.

    • University degree;
    • 3 - 5  years of experience in Payroll;
    • SAP and My Success expertise;
    • Testing HR Applications expertise;
    • Good knowledge of Romanian labor and payroll legislation; 
    • English - advanced level;
    • Excellent Communication Skills;
    • Quality orientation;
    • Open, positive attitude.
