    Requirements

    At least 1 year experience in Digital Traffic or Ad Operations;

    Superior studies (Statistics, Marketing);

    Experience using at least one of: AdServer technology , Google Ads , Facebook ads;

    Analytical spirit;

    Good organizer;

    Ability to work under pressure.

    Abilities of oral/written communication in English;

    Ability to work with a media plan.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for setting campaign s into the A d S ystem: after receiving the order for a campaign and creative s are validated , he uploads the banners into the ad system and sets all campaign parameters as ordered;

    Responsible for generating reports for the campaigns – recurrent or on-demand from clients , including campaigns for VOYO;

    Responsible for creating presentations (when needed) for clients , with campaigns performance, new ad formats etc;

    Interpret campaign results and create relevant comparisons in order to suggest optimizations to clients or media agencies;

    Responsible for the administration of advertising campaigns – implementation, setting up and monitoring each campaign;

    Responsible for the daily maintenance of each campaign setup: making the changes occurred in the media plan updates (new, deleted or modified);

    Responsible for the high availability (by phone after the scheduled hours) in order to make decisions for adjusting the commercial schedule in the case of websites modifications;

    Has to know the maintenance methods of the database that contains the commercial materials (banners): how a banner is checked from the technical point of view;

    Has to do a preliminary error check of the commercial materials (banners etc.) and, when needed, to inform the Client / agency;

    Responsible for realizing the weekly activity reports.
