    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with collaborators, including product managers, project managers, developers, and end-users, to analyze, document, and validate business requirements. Your expertise in technology and business processes will be instrumental in driving the success of our technology projects.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

    o Collaborate with team members to understand business objectives and elicit detailed requirements.

    o Analyze and document (JIRA) business processes, workflows, and user stories.

    o Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

    Documentation and Communication:

    o Prepare clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.

    o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a common understanding of requirements.

    o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and provide updates.

    Data Analysis:

    o Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and provide insights.

    o Ensure data integrity and quality, identifying patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions.

    Technology Evaluation and Recommendation:

    o Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate technology solutions and make recommendations based on business needs.

    o Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing systems and processes. Testing and Quality Assurance:

    o Work closely with testing teams to develop test plans and test cases. o Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

    Project Management Support:

    o Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

    o Track project progress against achievements, identifying and mitigating risks. Continuous Improvement:

    o See opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

    o Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to provide innovative solutions.

    Required Skills:

    o Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

    o Shown experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-focused role.

    o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    o Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

    o Familiarity with project management methodologies.

    o Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    o Knowledge of database systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.

    Preferred Skills:

    o Experience with agile development methodologies. o Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

    o Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
