    A Snapshot of Your Day

    You will be working in an international project within the area of manufacturing IT. Most meetings will be virtual with the project or operational team, but you are also required to attend and organize onsite workshops, mainly in Europe and North America. The Manufacturing IT Program is in an early stage, with a base already implemented in our platform of choice (Service Now) and it is gradually being implemented in the SE factories globally.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Technology Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our operational technology processes to drive efficiency and reliability. A strong understanding of ITIL principles or equivalent knowledge is required to ensure alignment with best practices in IT service management.

    You are responsible to:

    • Analyze current OT processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Collaborate with OT engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand operational requirements and challenges.
    • Design and document efficient and scalable OT processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with ITIL framework principles.
    • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
    • Conduct regular reviews of OT processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated OT processes and systems.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in OT process optimization and OT service management.

    What You Bring:

    Certifications:

    • ITIL certification (Foundation; Service Operation) or equivalent work experience.
    • Best practice procedures for service management.
    • Standardized process description for procedures within IT organizations.

    Communication:

    • Strong communication skills for effective collaborations with SE Factories.

    Project Management Skills:

    • Proficient with project management specific reporting tools/platforms.
    • Stakeholder management with experience in international projects, ideally with team members from Germany, UK, Scandinavia and/or US.
    • Experience with cross-function and cross-organizational projects to integrate IT/OT processes with other business functions.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency in process modelling and documentation tools such as Visio, or draw.io.
    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT/OT service management platforms.
    • In-depth, knowledge of OTSM and ITSM, familiarity with OT, CMDB Knowledge, and experience with ISA-95 model.

    Other:

    • Consulting and project management experience in the range of service management (IT/Non-IT) is beneficial.

    Language proficiency:

    • English (advanced level required)
    • German (beneficial)
    • Any other European language (beneficial)

    • Manufacturing.
    • Service organization.
