    Overview

    We are Seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, ability to identify trends, and turn data into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will play a meaningful role in helping our organization make informed business decisions by analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Collect and interpret large datasets from multiple data sources.
    • Highlight and maintain data accuracy, through detailed validation processes.
    • Analyze datasets to establish trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Develop and implement statistical models for predictive and prescriptive analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Build visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports for a number of collaborators.
    • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical partners.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand reporting needs and requirements.
    • Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for teams.
    • Assist in planning by providing data-driven insights.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve any data-related issues.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
    • Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Solid grasp of statistical concepts and methodologies.
    • Superb communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated findings to non-technical partners.
    • Diligent and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
