Requirements:
› University degree
› 3+ years in the same field, position
› Fluent in English
› SAP – medium knowledge
› EXCEL – advanced knowledge
› Knowledge of the market and cosmetics trends
› Ability to work in an international environment
› Experienced in working with assortment
› Resistance to stress, flexibility
› Ability to complete individual goals and work in a team environment

The key roles of this position are:
› Forecast, merchandising, planograms
› Recommending new products or services based on trends in the industry or client needs
› Working with other members of the purchasing and marketing team to develop plans for product launches
› Profitability monitoring, reporting - Follow ups on profitability of Brands/Suppliers
› Analyzing data to identify problems and develop solutions
› Floor plans and merchandising updates (new openings, furniture etc.)
› Active communication, cooperation and store visits
› Monitoring of the competition.
› Daily cooperation with other departments such as supply chain, commercial and trade marketing and e-commerce department
