Working Student ( Commodities HR and Mobility Services)

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a working student for our commodities Advisory Services, HR Services and MarCom, within the Indirect Material Procurement organization, located in our offices in Bucharest. From this position you would learn and support the effective and optimal sourcing of the different product and services, required by the operating areas of our global organization in collaboration with the Corporate Procurement category teams and local SCM organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Update current asset inventory (Global Fleet Commodity)
• Specific commodity document management e.g.: contracts, addendums
• First level supplier sourcing, assessment and follow-up
• Ariba Guided Buying and Ariba Contract Workspace activities e.g.: contract approval flow management, electronic archiving of signed documents, purchase requisition follow-up
• Business Partnering (Cross functional engagement)

What You Bring

• BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, Procurement, Supply Chain or Bachelor of Engineering, Marketing, others
• Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and willingness to learn other.
• High level of English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills (written and in oral)
• Good team spirit, proactivity and motivation to learn
