Administrative and Procurement Assistant

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be joining a dynamic team, working in a global environment. Within your daily activities, you will be working closely with the rest of the team, but will also have the opportunity to work independently. You will be making sure that all relevant information is received prior to cart creation, you will make sure that PO information is correct before creating it and you will review all incoming invoices. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Global IT and assist with daily administrative tasks.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Creation of purchase orders in SAP Ariba for services, trainings, HW and SW
• Ensure all proper information is received prior to cart creation, such as checklists, signed contracts, WBS, vendor information, verify cost center and value of PO, track order process
• Review all incoming invoices for validity and correct charging, conduct Goods received in the system as requested
• Manage onboarding/offboarding actions for employees/externals
• Support on process of new employee/external onboard/offboard (e.g., IT relevant)
• Assist the global IT organization to deal with other daily administration

What You Bring

• Experienced in working with SAP Ariba
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills
• Business-fluent English language skills required, German desirable
