    Responsibilities :

    Ensure timely processing of payroll for each pay period by meticulously adhering to standardized procedures and checklists.

    Conducts through audits of data inputs to ensure accuracy, promptly rectifying any crucial errors as needed.

    Thoroughly review reports for precision and submits them for approval upon completion.

    Establish and maintain daily collaboration with the external payroll provider for seamless communication and coordination.

    Collaborate with the payroll provider to identify continuous improvement opportunities and to promptly resolve any issues related to payroll.

    Address sophisticated queries from employees and managers with expertise and transparency.

    Revise and develop comprehensive procedures and checklists for the entire country.

    Collaborate with the Accounting and Treasury teams to facilitate payroll posting and ensure timely payments.

    Engage actively in projects related to payroll initiatives.

    Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Who you are :

    You bring over 2 years of prior experience in Italian Payroll, with additional expertise in payroll for other countries considered as a valuable asset.

    You are proficient in Italian and English, operating at a B2/C1 language competency level.

    You possess robust analytical skills and demonstrate meticulous attention o detail.

    You excel both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    You are proficient in task prioritization, time management, and optimizing workflow for efficient work execution.

    You demonstrate excellent social skills, both verbally and in written communication.

    You possess a high level of proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
