    Cerinte

    Identifying business opportunities, cold calling, thorough research process, identifying clients’ needs and preparing custom made solutions and commercial offers;
    Leading the negotiation process and ensuring that the development of the contract is in accordance with the agreed terms;
    Developing new business opportunities in the assigned area while extending the partnerships with already existing clients, offering consultancy in terms of HR matters.

    Responsabilitati

    Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
    Background in sales, telemarketing or call center - nice to have;
    Consultative, relationship-based sales style and proven success exceeding sales quota;
    Creative, strategic thinker and problem solver;
    An independent self-starter who appreciates and respects working in a team;
    Strong written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to create professional sales proposals and contracts;
    Thorough understanding and perspective over the HR services market.
    Adaptable and customer focused. Our customers are the reason for which we exist!
