We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Randstad Digital Romania Team in a new project. In this role our future colleague will be responsible to drive the execution of requests raised by the local markets and/or regional/global teams. You will be working closely with the Application team responsible for managing the technical set-up of the platform as well as driving its further evolution.

Requirements
• 4+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer experience in a multi-org environment;
• Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management. Preferably proficient in usage of Marketing Cloud Deployment Manager, Github and Bitbucket;
• Deep understanding in configuration management in Marketing Cloud including Marketing Cloud Connect with SalesCloud and / or ServiceCloud;
• Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, Content builder, SQL, Email Studio, MobileStudio, Automation studio, landing pages and journey builder;
• Strong understanding of relational data models, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration techniques;
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards and governor limits;
• Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM);
• Preferably Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant;
• Bachelor/master’s degree in IT, computer sciences or business with additional qualifications in technology and at least 8+ years of IT experience;
• Good communication skills, highly motivated and great analytical skills.

• End to End SFMC campaign implementation
• Create and deploy a targeted and timely email strategy – based on campaign
• Utilizing SFMC Journey Builder, Audience Management, Email Studio, Web studio, Content builder and scripting language (AMP script) to deploy campaigns.
• Audience management creating Simple/Static Segments or Dynamic/Advanced Segments using Automation
• Setup Single blast journey, multiple touch point journey on journey or automation studio
• Campaign design and setup of business rules
• Activate Links and UAT testing and merge tags
• Manage subscriber data, import, and segmentation
• Opt-out management
• Reporting - provide performance report on:
• Delivery, open click through and Opt-out of email campaigns based on mutually agreed cadence.
• Out of the box reports
