React Developer

We are looking for new React Developer to join our Randstad Team international team in an interesting internal project in the human resources field.

In this project, you will be part of an international team composed of colleagues from Romania and Belgium you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance AI application for recruitment field, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strong and scalable software solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in React software development (at least React 17 is preferred);
Knowledge of modern react concepts such as HOC and Context;
Experience working with Firebase for at least 2-3 years;
Knowledge and experience working with ECMA or ES 2023 script;
Knowledge of Material UI, Redux and Cypress;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Excellent English skills (written and spoken);
Good communication skills.

Develop and implement features within a recruitment platform;
Collaborate closely with a mixed team from different locations to ensure cohesion in the implementation stage;
Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues related to feature implementation;
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards throughout the development stages;
Perform debugging and performance optimization;
Plan activities and tasks and monitor the development progress;
Participate in Scrum events and improve the process where is the case
