Internship for IT Process Management

Location: Timisoara, RO

We are looking for a Student to help us regarding various IT activities within our IT Department. You will be a part of an international team and will have a mentor that will offer you support and guidance for your day-to-day activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting IT projects by performing defined tasks;
• Adapt to new project requirements and needs; adjust tasks, processes and templates accordingly;
• Support in testing and evaluating IT related tools;
• Collaborate in an agile fashion to improve the Service Management Tools;
• Supporting the roll-out of new projects;
• A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes, and organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Ongoing studies in one of the following domains: Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication or Administrative Science;
• Experience in Windows/Microsoft Office;
• Certification in Microsoft products, Communication or Planning & Organizing is a plus;
• Experience in customer support is a plus;
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good English communication;
