Data Base Maintenance Activities:

• Data Maintenance in Automotive CRM & common information platform;
• Support internal Customer via 1st level ticket handling for Automotive CRM requests;
• Constant enhancement and harmonization of CRM related information;
• Support Reporting activities based on CRM Information.

Project Activities Support for:

• Internal customer in Rollout and maintenance of Automotive CRM;
• Automotive CRM system testing & documentation, including update requirement definition and alignment for new features;
• Keep the documentation and training documentation up to date.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
