    Requirements

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

    •Strong marketing professional experience: trade/ activation areas experience required
    •Strong commercial acumen
    •Strong analytic skills & logical/creative thinking
    •Good communication and presentation skills
    •Good coordinator & project management abilities
    •Experience of working at senior levels internally and externally.
    •Digital marketing knowledge
    •Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
    •English fluency, written and spoken

    Responsibilities

    ROLE SCOPE:

    •Monitor and evaluate trade and consumer trends to identify opportunities to develop new, innovative consumer communication & activationsolutions.
    •Propose retail communication & activation strategies to improve the position and profitability of the
    •retail channel.
    •Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the communication & activation programs to support BAT Brands performance in Retail channel.
    •Define and implement external and internal communication & activation strategy to meet business objectives. Champions importance andbest practice of retail communication & activation to raise brand awareness/trial and develop tailored consumer journey.
    •Implement campaign activities to ensure campaign objectives are met according to Consumer Experience and Activation strategies.
    •In collaboration with Brand teams, RTM & KA teams, the Consumer Engagement Executive will be in charge with the development and planning of communication & activation activities, while playing a decisive role in the coordination and evaluation of the activities that take place within cycle activities, in line with company’s strategy and objectives.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    •Contribute to the implementation, and embedment of Campaign Plan activities and objectives, in partnership with the Marketing and Brand teams.
    •Based on identified consumer & market trends, propose new strategies for retail engagement in a multicategory environment, according to campaign company & brand objectives; design communication & activation solutions that meet the consumer and market needs in line with the brand guidelines & campaign planning.
    •Contribute to activation solutions by Brand and by the stage of the Activation Framework (Desire-Enjoy-Embrace) and help select the most suited solutions for their targeted consumer.
    •Provide insights regarding external best practices to help Activation Manager learn and deploy them within BAT; facilitate knowledge sharing of market best practice.
    •Define, together with the stakeholders, the type of support that each campaign needs
    •Understand and evaluates own area KPIs and provide just-in-time feedback and solutions aimed at successful implementation of thecampaign plan
    •Sets and evaluates KPIs for each activity to better evaluate performance and maximize results
    •Responsible for the implementation plan, tracking the activities implementation steps and communication materials, by providing and guarding the best standards
    •Collaborate with the Brand teams to align the new Brand codes with the New Activation solutions.
    •Plans and implements the channel’s communication strategy.
    •Facilitates discussions on communications approach or sensitive business initiatives with business heads.
    •Supports stakeholders with relevant insights to help reach campaign objectives.
    •Owner of budget allocation in line with company strategy and brand objectives
