Area Manager for RO, HU, BG

/ Previous experience from similar position in retail or service industry.
/ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. You would use advanced leadership skills to encourage Store managers to reach quarterly goals.
/ Excellent knowledge of english language (at least B2 level).
/ High level of understanding KPI and other figures.
/ Great business & trading skills.
/ Talent for perfecting customer service.
/ Ability to work under pressure.
/ Willingnes to travel and schedule flexibility.
/ Valid driver's license is essential.

/ Providing your team of Store Managers with a stimulating and supportive environment.
/ Lead and motivate your team in entrusted area.
/ Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.
/ Driving team performance; keep trying to increase results of the store based on KPIs (monitoring and analyzing results and ensuring a follow-up action plan).
/ Training and development of your staff; train, coach and supervise Store Managers and Deputy Store Managers to develop their leadership and business skills.
/ Cooperate closely with Retail Trainers, which create and implement training programs for our Beauty consultants.
/ Support the store through administration: approving attendances and holidays, preparing documents for bonuses… etc..
/ Colaborate with HR Business Partner and Recruiter.
/ Recruit, interview and hire new Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
/ Work actively with the company’s partners (such as L’Oréal).
/ Cooperate with colleagues from Czech headquarters across different departments of the company (Merchant, CC, Warehouse, Marketing etc.)
