• Bachelor degree
• Previous logistics experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of transport related laws and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of English language (speaking & writing) is mandatory.
• You have MRP user experience
• You are knowledgeable about the classification of goods.
• You have experience in customer service.
• You have Incoterms knowledge.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).

The languages you should know:

• English - an advanced level is mandatory

Nice to have

• German language knowledge it is an advantage.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage all aspects of inbound and outbound delivery in order to meet customer requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner, ensuring thus customer satisfaction. By doing this, you ensure that the business remains successful. Logistics Coordinator are also knowledgeable about supply management practices and principles. You will answer to customs and legal entities inquires in regards to all transportation aspects.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Manage the full Shipping process from start to finish.
• Be the single point of contact and collaboration for internal and external parties in relation to logistics related topics.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting for all movement of goods, including related costs.
• Be responsible for Customs and Intrastat.
• Be responsible with goods receipt booking and related workflows in MRP system.
• Continuously improve the logistics processes, maintaining high quality standards.
• Keep logs and records of executed orders etc.
• Ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize logistics IT in order to optimize procedures.
• Comply with legal requirements
