    Requirements

    • Provide high-quality payroll services for our internal employees.
    • Calculate salaries, personal income taxes, social security, health insurance contributions; submit all required tax statements.
    • Communication with the HR team members as such HR admin and Benefits Specialists.
    • Ensure any required adjustments are reflected in the payroll.
    • Preparing various reports on headcount structure.
    • Payroll Accounting support.
    • Help our employees with any related questions.

    Responsibilities

    • University degree.
    • 5-7 years of experience in managing payroll activities preferably in a multinational company.
    • Experience with specific payroll software applications - DP Payroll is a great plus.
    • Solid statutory payroll and human resources knowledge.
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
    • Computer literacy (Excel, MS Office.
    • Help our employees with any related questions.
    • Able to work independently and take initiative.
    • Solid analytical skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines).
    • Team worker, with very good organization and communication skills; flexible and adaptable.
    • International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment and global organizations.
