I, Anca, as a financial consultant, will be beside you at the establishment of this department until you understand the needs of the company and you will be able to implement them successfully. You will start with the following responsibilities:
Financial responsibilities
Receipt of accounting documents
Registration in the SAGA program on cost centers
Introduction of payments to be made in the online banking portal
Archiving documents
Registration of salary changes in REVISAL
Record monthly closing accounting notes
Generation of Payroll
Checking the balance and making adjustments as needed
Generating and submitting fiscal declarations
Archive monthly reports
Record the cashflow report
Constant inventory of accounts
Preparation of accounting policies
Preparation of other financial accounting reports as needed
Strengthening the relationship with the state authorities
Constant documentation of the financial/accounting legislation in force and implementing it
Other financial and accounting responsibilities as needed
Administrative responsibilities
Management of the Financial-Administrative email
Timely renewal of SSM, SU, GDPR, occupational medicine, authorizations, insurance services
Management of the entry-exit number register
Management of contracts with partners
Constant documentation of the administrative legislation in force and implementation
Other administrative responsibilities as needed
