Who you are: 

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable. 
• You have a minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive system & software testing  
• You have experience in test leading activities; 
• You have experience in ADAS testing 
• You have experience with different testing types (Functional, Non-Functional) 
• You have knowledge about MiL/SiL/HiL systems/setups/testing 
• You have good knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet) 
• You can apply and explain Software Development Principles (V-Model, Agile, Test Process, etc.) 
• You have ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level 
• You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects; 
• You are not afraid to think outside the box and try to find creative approaches to your challenges; 
• You are team-oriented; 
• You are Fluent in English. 

It's a plus if you have: 

• Knowledge of Microprocessor and Microcontroller architecture, QNX, Linux-based systems Inter-SOC communication (Ethernet, PCIe); 
• ECU HW know-how; 
• Continuous Testing experience; 
• ISTQB Certified Tester, Advanced Level, Test Manager certificate

We provide the world's largest automotive OEM's with advanced driving assistance systems with focus on parking systems using Video, Ultrasonic and Data Fusion technologies. In order to continue to successfully deliver to our customers, we are looking to grow our team with a system test function lead. 

 As a test function lead you will responsible off: 

• Overall Verification and Validation strategy for the whole corresponding function 
• You define the Software V&V Strategy for the whole function, together with the System Test Manager and the Test Teams 
• Complete overview of the function (maturity, failing testcases, root causes for defects) 
• Definition of technical test activities within specific function 
• Provide support to Test Manager during SW release 
• Attend System Test Review meetings 
• First point of contact for development team 
• Ensure proper test case definition and linking to test basis 
• Continuous alignment with FO, developers 
• Track test activities against milestones, reporting the variations to the stakeholders 
• Participate in different status meetings of the project 
• Able to perform/suppport all tasks of the System Test Engineer 
• Monitor and manage the optimal use of technologies and automation for testing 
• Be able to propose and plan possible improvements for the current testing process 
• Ensure that high-quality products are delivered
