    Cerinte

    2 - 3 years of professional experience in the administrative field;
    Good knowledge of the Office package;
    Ability to multitasking;
    Ability to work with deadlines;
    Good communication skills;
    Proactive and resourceful;
    English - advanced level.

    Responsabilitati

    Placing and updating purchase orders;
    Tracking order confirmations and ensuring on-time deliveries;
    Managing external vendors and seting-up new relationships with suppliers for goods and services needed by the teams;
    Renewaling of contracts with suppliers, requesting for offers, creating of annexes to the contract, additional documents and other documents necessary for the procurement process;
    Supporting managers and employees with the administrative tasks and with the internal/external communication;
    Booking meeting rooms when required;
    Assisting with on-site logistics for events including attendees, agenda planning and other business-related meetings and event activities as needed;
    Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
    Creating reports (regular and upon request);
    Realizing other administrative and project duties as requested.
