For our client, a Swedish multinational company from industrial equipment business, we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Customer Service – Service Compressor Technique Department who will thrive in a challenging industrial environment.

- Bachelor or High School education with specialization in commerce/accounting or equivalent;
- Additional engineering studies would be a strong advantage;
- 2-3 years of experience working as sales/service admin support role in a customer-oriented environment;
- Knowledge and experience of ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage);
- Extensive experience in processing invoices;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC literacy;
- Native speaker of Romanian language and good level of English;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple assignments;
- Ability to anticipate and meet diverse and challenging customer requirements;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

- Provides professional administration support for Service team (Sales Engineers, Planner, Technical Support and Field Service Engineers) and Customers, to ensure aftermarket processes are flowing effectively and accurately;
- Issues invoices for all the internal and external service orders;
- Supervises the planning of the service agreements, orders the spare parts and informs the planners about the delivery status;
- Supports the planners in the good schedule of the interventions: communication with the customers, resource planning in the planning system, delivery planning;
- Monitors the advance payments so that the services could be provided in compliance with the agreed terms;
- Checks the stocks, places additional orders in compliance with company's procedures;
- Places delivery orders for the service orders, in compliance with the current procedures;
- Manages the Customer Database by creating new customers, updating existing customers data and performing administration of customers, related subsidiaries and facilities;
- Manages the Equipment Installed Base by creating new equipment, updating existing equipment, administration of cross-border process;
- Manages the Service Contracts/Service Agreements administration process from hardcopy signing to archiving and from uploading to invoicing;
- Supports & participates in the annual stock taking;
- Actively supports ad hoc requests & company's projects.
