Cerinte
Ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in a Finance related area, preferably with a data analysis component
Preferably working experience with ticketing systems, databases and ERPs (SAP is a plus)
Previous experience in documenting processes / procedures is an advantage
Proficiency in English (written / spoken)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
High attention to details and accuracy
Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines
Problem-solver, able to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility / adaptability to cope with a dynamic working environment and a new project setup
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact in a business-to-business environment
Strong numerical competency and ability to work with large volumes of data
Customer-oriented and able to manage complex situations
Be part of the team that regularly reviewing and updating the standard operating procedures for claim verification
Perform a series of pre-defined checks over the information submitted by Samsung corporate customers across Europe
Investigate and solve discrepancies, including communication with corporate customers to clarify missing information / errors (depending on Subsidiaries’ instructions)
Ensure internal approval is obtained for validated claims and communicate result within agreed timelines to all relevant parties (including customers and teams responsible for booking the claims in SAP)
Take ownership of validation process and follow problems through to resolution, either by solving or redirecting them to the correct person in charge
Maintain close communication with process owners in all European Samsung Subsidiaries and ensure working procedures are kept updated
Create and deliver various types of reports
