Your Profile

Completed degree or educational training in eCommerce area (can be an advantage)

Fluent German. Good English and/or French is a plus

Networked, solution oriented way of thinking and independent and proactive personality

Experience working with customer support is an advantage

Your Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing web shop customer relationships by professionally resolving all situations related to the web shop customers;

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;

Responding promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email;

Communicating with customers through various channels;

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints/refunds;

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;

Close collaboration with other internal and external departments (Germany);

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
