* Modify component mechanical designs in of series components as part of EBS systems
* Actively participate in meetings with industrial engineering, purchasing, suppliers
* Analyze and create specifications and requirements
* Develop mechanical components of hydraulics systems manufactured through turning/milling, plastic injection or sheet metal
* Solve mechanical design work packages with appropriate complexity in close cooperation with other departments / locations;
* Prepare detail drawings, assembly drawings and documentation
* Schedules and tracks own tasks within the framework of a given plan, reports status and deviations
* Knows and adheres to the defined development processes
* Realize tolerance studies
* Support the preparation of the product specifications and design
* Come up with ideas regarding cost reduction of existing components

Essential Skills/Qualifications

* University degree in TCM, Production Machines and Tools or relevant
* Experience in Computer Aided Design (C.A.D.)
* Advanced level of English
* Logical thinking
* Knowledge of materials and technology, design to cost
* Knowledge of design guidelines and tolerance calculation
* Proactive and adaptable to a multinational environment

Desirable Skills/Qualifications

* Knowledge of CATIA V5 or other similar programs (2+ years) is a plus
* German language is a plus
