Cerinte
- Experience in a similar AR Accounting role (minimum 2 – 3 years)
- Good working knowledge of French language, both verbal and written
- Strong appetite for working in an international environment and very strong collaboration & team-work skills
Sales management responsibilities:
- Issue client invoices in the ERP system as requested by Business Account Manager
- Perform monthly revenue estimations
Accounting responsibilities:
- Record & reconcile bank statements; apply cash to customer accounts
- Manage relationship with factoring partners: record & reconcile factoring transactions
- Prepare regular reports regarding the status of receivables
- Ensure all accounting information is recorded accurately and timely
- Cover other topics related to accounts receivables (e.g. manual postings, adjustments, reversals, write offs etc.) as needed
- Provide support to audit teams (internal and external) in relation to receivables area
Collection responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for Business Account Managers and customers in relation to receivables queries
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and any other irregularities
- Perform collections and dunning activities in accordance with the collection strategy agreed for each customer (e.g. send statements of account, reminders, dunning letters, follow-up on promises to pay etc.)
- Investigate and solve disputes by liaising with the customer and relevant internal departments; escalate to business when necessary
