With such an expansion and international reach, we’re looking to hire a Head of Employer Branding to own and build the Employer Branding & People Experience strategy.
You would work closely with our Super team, collaborating in mapping out the talent and culture journey for the future and driving seamless integration between all acquired businesses.
We're looking for someone who:

Is a digital guru - you understand how to use all the channels to drive the acquisition of the best talent
Will be a brand ambassador - you'll be the face of our brand both internally and externally
Is a mentor & motivator - you'll inspire others with your passion and drive for your craft while empowering the best practices across the organization
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Romanian and English;
Proves strong networking skills;
Has a strong understanding of the current trends and best practices in digital and social media for different audiences;
Proves strong stakeholder management skills;
Streamlining the Superbet employer brand message and values across the countries where we have a presence;
Design, lead and execute innovative social content campaigns to drive company awareness, PR coverage, and social engagement;
Develop content and advise creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message;
Work with the main stakeholders and the TA team to find new and creative approaches to engage the targeted audience;
Plan and organize corporate and public events to increase the brand's visibility among our targeted audience (conferences, webinars);
Map the entire candidate journey to discover EB touchpoints;
Focus on EVP & wider People experience;
Activate brand ambassadorship across the organization, from senior management to every employee;
Collaborate with agencies and vendors, create all the digital collateral (videos, posts, channels, via Twitter, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, etc.) and decide where to invest: events; meet-ups, campaigns

Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned, and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns;
Continually improve, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding communications strategy;
Conduct market research and constantly identify new trends and touchpoints to challenge our current activities.
