Finance Analyst

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and well-organized Financial Analyst to join in the Finance Team for one of our clients, a multinational company operating in the field of sanitary technology for the public/commercial sector.

What critical skills are needed for this position?
- University degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Experience in Finance / Controlling minimum 2 years;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Good command of MS Office applications - Excel;
- Experience with any ERP system, preferred Infor LN ( Ex BAAN).

What will be your duties and responsibilities in this job?

- Twice a week proposal of payments in multi-currency EURO/ RON/USD based on data from ERP;
- Monthly reconciliation on bank accounts with accounting departments, adjustment of bookings in the ERP if necessary;
- Follow up of procedure for approval of invoices: cost invoices, investment invoices;
- Monthly report of CAPEX: upload data from ERP system actual vs Budget;
- Cost center reporting on monthly base;
- Gross margin report analysis on monthly base;
- Checking of balance sheet / P&L account before end month closing according to procedure, prepare data for consolidation;
- Follow up accruals, adjustment on P&L balance sheet.
