    The Inside Hosting Manager (IHM) is responsible for managing and driving business results of selected group of Veeam partners, maintaining their sustainable growth. The IHM has overall ownership of the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider partners (VCSPs): Revenue, Relationship, Investment / Commitment and Partnership. The IHM will provide advice and assistance to Veeam Cloud & Service Providers on all licensing, product, sales and technical requirements. IHM's also need to work closely with their VCSPs to help identify new revenue opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    o Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving KPI's/Monthly Business Objective's - these will be set on a Monthly/Quarterly basis and measured through the weekly/monthly SalesForce.Com activity reports

    o Achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue through Managed Cloud & Service Provider Partners

    o Leveraging Veeam pre-sales and account management structures and processes to help partners reach identified goal

    o Reinforcing sales & technical knowledge of the partner (through periodic calls and WebEx / online presentations)

    o Building and maintaining lasting relationships with key roles within a Cloud & Service Provider account

    o Developing, negotiating and tracking joint Action Plans with the Cloud & Service Provider

    o Discovering partner's potential and upselling to a higher rental plan
    o Updating and maintaining partner accounts in Veeam CRM system (SalesForce.com)
    o Keeping partners up to date on Veeam news and promos
    o Developing a business plan with Managed Cloud & Service Provider setting up goals,
    go to market plan, training/certification plan and marketing activities
    o Develop joint marketing activities with Managed Cloud & Service Provider to support
    business growth
    o Providing support to partners including help with licensing and technical issues
    related to Veeam products
    o Supporting Veeam Aggregators on Cloud & Service Provider program and in day to-day operations
    o Enabling and training channel & commercial teams on Veeam Cloud & Service
    Provider program

    Requirements

    o Self-education on Sales and Technical related matters
    o Good IT knowledge
    o Developing a solid working knowledge of virtualization-related subjects and Veeam
    Software products and link these features to the benefits they provide to our
    customers
    o Keeping track of new product releases (Veeam and competition) as well as marketing
    updates
